The invention relates to the technical field of crop planting instruments, in particular to a friction wheel type material acceleration device with a self-adaptive distance adjustment function. The device comprises the components of a mounting plate; an accelerating tube which is mounted on the mounting plate, and through holes are formed in the left and right sides of the accelerating tube; friction wheels which are installed on the two sides of the accelerating tube, and at least one part of each friction wheel is embedded into the corresponding through hole, so that the friction wheels rotate in the accelerating tube; a driving mechanism, wherein the power output end of the driving mechanism is connected with the friction wheel, and the driving mechanism is used for driving the friction wheel to rotate; and a self-adaptive adjusting assembly which is arranged on the mounting plate and used for adjusting the distance between the two friction wheels. According to different sizes of materials, the gap between the friction wheels is automatically adjusted, the materials are accelerated, and the seeding efficiency and the seeding accuracy are improved.

    本发明涉及农作物种植器械技术领域,更具体地,涉及一种间距自适应调节的摩擦轮式物料加速装置,包括:安装板;加速管,安装于安装板上,加速管左右两侧设有通孔;摩擦轮,安装于加速管两侧,且摩擦轮至少一部分嵌入到所述通孔中,以使摩擦轮在加速管内转动;驱动机构,其动力输出端与所述摩擦轮连接,用于驱动所述摩擦轮转动;自适应调节组件,设于所述安装板上,且用于调节两摩擦轮之间的间距。本发明根据物料尺寸不同,自动调节摩擦轮的间隙,对物料进行加速,提高播种效率、播种精确度。
