According to the small unmanned aerial vehicle wheel brake mechanism, heat generated by friction can be transmitted to the outside, so that the phenomenon of brake failure caused by thermal stress can be prevented, the inner side and the outer side of an unmanned aerial vehicle wheel can be braked at the same time, the brake effect can be improved, and a brake state and a brake release state can be quickly switched at any time; and meanwhile, emergency braking and slow braking effects are achieved.

    本发明公开了小型无人机机轮刹车机构,包括无人机机轮、齿盘、导热管和安装座,所述无人机机轮中间表面设有环形槽,同时无人机机轮内部设有定位槽,并且无人机机轮表面设有卡槽,而且无人机机轮内部活动安装有齿盘,且齿盘设于定位槽的内部,所述齿盘外侧与第二电动推杆相互安装,同时第二电动推杆顶端设有第一电动推杆,并且第一电动推杆与支撑腿固定安装。该小型无人机机轮刹车机构,可以将摩擦产生的热量传送到外界,从而可以防止出现因热应力而刹车失效的现象,并且可以对无人机机轮内外两侧同时制动,进而可以提高制动的效果,而且可以随时对刹车状态与解刹状态之间的快速切换,且同时设有紧急制动和缓慢制动的作用。
