The invention relates to a wheel brake system of an unmanned aerial vehicle. The wheel brake system comprises an airplane wheel frame and an airplane wheel arranged at the bottom of the airplane wheelframe, an airplane wheel shaft is arranged at the bottom end of the airplane wheel frame, the airplane wheel shaft is rotatably connected with the airplane wheel, rotary discs are arranged on the endfaces of the two sides of an airplane wheel hub, and brake discs are arranged on the end faces of the sides, away from the airplane wheel, of the rotary discs. Brake seats rotationally connected withthe airplane wheel shaft are arranged on the two sides of the airplane wheel, end covers are connected between the shaft ends of the sides, away from the airplane wheel, of the brake seats and the airplane wheel frame, cover plates are detachably connected to the end faces of the sides, away from the airplane wheel, of the brake seats, and hydraulic cavities are formed between the cover plates and the brake seats. The rotary discs fixed on the two sides are adopted for driving the brake discs to rotate along with the wheels, the annular friction discs are matched with the brake discs, the friction surface is enlarged, the brake efficiency is improved, the multiple guide columns are matched with the pistons to guide and support the friction discs and the movable disc, stress is more uniform, and the structure is more stable.

    本发明涉及一种无人机的机轮刹车系统,包括机轮架和设置在机轮架底部的机轮,所述机轮架的底端设有机轮轴,所述机轮轴与机轮转动连接,所述机轮轮毂两侧的端面均设有回转盘,所述回转盘远离机轮一侧的端面设有制动盘,所述机轮的两侧设有与机轮轴转动连接的刹车座,所述刹车座远离机轮一侧的轴端与机轮架之间连接有端盖,所述刹车座远离机轮一侧的端面可拆卸连接有盖板,所述盖板与刹车座之间形成有液压腔,本发明采用双侧固定的回转盘带动制动盘随机轮转动,通过环状的摩擦盘与制动盘配合,加大摩擦面,提高刹车制动效率,并由多个导柱与活塞配合,对摩擦盘和移动盘进行导向支撑,受力更加均匀,结构更加稳定。
