The invention provides a suspension control method, a suspension control device and a vehicle. The suspension control method comprises the steps of determining the steering of the vehicle; and in response to the determination of the steering, adjusting a deformation parameter of the suspension so as to adjust the driving direction of the vehicle. When the vehicle steers, the driving direction of the vehicle is adjusted by controlling the deformation parameters of the vehicle suspension, braking measures do not need to be taken, and larger energy consumption and abrasion of a vehicle braking system are avoided.
