The invention provides a heat dissipation device for a new energy automobile battery pack. The heat dissipation device comprises an outer box body, a heat dissipation box is fixedly connected with the middle of an inner cavity of the outer box body, a plurality of strip-shaped grooves are formed in the surfaces of a top plate and a bottom plate of the heat dissipation box at equal intervals, and two sets of heat dissipation assemblies are symmetrically arranged above and below the heat dissipation box; cold air is sent into the outer box body through an air supply pipe by means of a air cooler and finally sprayed out through nozzles, the output end of each nozzle faces the heat dissipation box, air cooling heat dissipation is conducted on the battery pack in the heat dissipation box through strip-shaped grooves formed in the top plate and the bottom plate of the heat dissipation box, and a bevel gear is driven by a driving motor to rotate and is sequentially meshed with two half gears to drive a top end rotating rod to rotate back and forth; through the transmission effect of a belt wheel and a belt, a rotating rod at the bottom end is driven to rotate in a reciprocating mode, so that fixing blocks on two rotating rods are driven to deflect back and forth in a reciprocating mode, the spraying range of the nozzles on the fixing blocks is enlarged, and the heat dissipation capacity of the air cooler is enhanced.

    本发明公开了一种新能源汽车电池组用散热装置,包括外箱体,所述外箱体内腔中部固定连接有散热箱,所述散热箱的顶板和底板表面上均等距开设有若干条形槽,所述散热箱上方和下方对称布置有两组散热组件;通过冷风机将冷风经过送风管送至外箱体内,最终由喷嘴喷出,喷嘴的输出端朝向散热箱,透过散热箱顶板和底板上开设的条形槽,对散热箱内的电池组进行风冷散热,通过驱动电机驱动斜齿轮转动,通过斜齿轮依次与两个半齿轮啮合,带动顶端转杆往复转动,在通过带轮与皮带的传动作用,带动底端的转杆往复转动,从而带动两个转杆上的固定块进行往复的前后偏转,进而扩大固定块上的喷嘴喷射范围,增强了冷风机的散热能力。
