The invention discloses a heat dissipation system for the battery pack of a new energy automobile. The system comprises a lower shell, an upper shell, a first air cooler, a second air cooler, supporting plates and telescopic springs; the upper shell is clamped at the top of the lower shell; the first air cooler is fixedly mounted at the bottom of one side of the lower shell through a bolt. According to the system of the invention, the battery pack is fixed in the lower shell and the upper shell through the two support plates; when the battery pack is operating, the first air cooler and the second air cooler are started; the first air cooler blows cold air into the lower shell, and the cold air is blown to the battery pack through vent holes in the surfaces of the supporting plates; the second air cooler blows cold air into the upper shell, and the cold air is blown to the battery pack through vent holes in the surface of the supporting plates; and therefore, the cold air can be uniformly blown to the surface of the battery pack, the battery pack is uniformly subjected to heat dissipation treatment, the heat dissipation of the battery pack is accelerated, the battery pack is prevented from being damaged due to over-high temperature, and the service life of the battery pack is prolonged.
本发明公开了一种新能源汽车电池包散热系统,包括下壳、上壳、第一冷风机、第二冷风机、支撑板和伸缩弹簧,所述下壳顶部卡接有上壳,所述下壳一侧的底部通过螺栓固定安装有第一冷风机,本发明通过两个支撑板将电池包固定在下壳与上壳内部,当电池包工作时,同时打开第一冷风机和第二冷风机,然后第一冷风机向下壳内部吹冷风,并通过支撑板表面的通风孔将冷风吹向电池包,同时第二冷风机向上壳内部吹冷风,并通过支撑板表面的通风孔将冷风吹向电池包,这样能够均匀的将冷风吹到电池包表面,从而均匀的对电池包进行散热处理,从而加快了电池包散热,避免电池包因温度过高而损坏,从而提高了电池包的使用寿命。
