The invention discloses a small crane ship for overload shaking protection during hoisting. The ship comprises a machine shell, pedal cavities with openings are formed at the left end and the right end of the upper portion of the machine shell, inclination protection mechanisms for preventing a ship body from inclining are arranged in the pedal cavities, and a lifting rotating cavity with an upward opening is formed at the rear portion of the machine shell. A lifting mechanism used for lifting goods to the ship is arranged in the lifting rotating cavity, a pedal shaft connected with the cavity walls of the pedal cavities in a sliding manner is arranged in the pedal cavities, the inclined ship body can be supported through the inclination protection mechanisms in the crane ship, when the weight is too heavy and the ship swings and inclines, it is ensured that when the weight is transferred to the ship, the inclination amplitude of the ship is reduced, meanwhile, a pedal extends out to be connected with a wharf, so that when the ship body inclines excessively and cannot allow people to stand, people on the ship can escape easily, the goods can be safely hoisted onto the ship through the lifting mechanism, normal work of the ship is guaranteed, and therefore the safety of people on the ship in the lifting process is guaranteed, and furthermore, the ship is not easy to turn over, so that the safety of surrounding people is ensured.

    本发明公开了一种起重时过载摇晃保护的小型起重船,包括机壳,所述机壳上方左右两端均设有开口的踏板腔,所述踏板腔内设有防止船体倾斜的倾斜保护机构,所述机壳后方方设有开口向上的提升转动腔,所述提升转动腔内设有将货物提升至船上的提升机构,所述踏板腔内设有与之腔壁滑动连接的踏板轴,该装置中的倾斜保护机构可将倾斜的船体实行支撑,在重物过重时,使船只摇摆倾斜时,而保证在往船只上转移重物时减小其倾斜的幅度,同时伸出踏板连接码头,使船体倾斜过度无法站立时,船上的人容易逃生,通过起吊机构,可将货物安全的起吊上船只,保证其正常工作,从而保证了在起吊过程中船只上人员的危险,进一步使船只不易翻到而保证周围人群的安全。
