The invention discloses an anti-collision buffer for automatic driving. The buffer comprises a mounting shell, the mounting shell is of a hollow structure, inflation grooves are fixedly connected to the upper side wall and the lower side wall of the mounting shell, inflation plugs matched with the inflation grooves are movably connected into the inflation grooves in a sealed mode, and movable rods are fixedly connected to the side walls of the inflation plugs. The movable rod penetrates through a groove opening of the inflation groove and is connected with swing rods, the same buffer plate is rotationally connected between the two swing rods, the buffer plate is made of hard alloy, the side wall of the mounting shell is rotationally connected with a limiting rod, and the limiting rod is made of light alloy. The other end of the limiting rod is rotationally connected with the side wall of a buffer plate, and the projection of the buffer plate is in an arc shape. By means of rotation of the buffer plate, the direction of impact force can be transferred, then impact is relieved, and through mutual repulsion of magnetic force, the buffer plate can interact with the impact force, so that impact borne by other parts is relieved.

    本发明公开了一种自动驾驶用防撞缓冲器,包括安装壳,所述安装壳为中空结构,所述安装壳的上下侧壁均固定连接有充气槽,所述充气槽中活动密封连接有与其匹配的充气塞,所述充气塞的侧壁固定连接有活动杆,所述活动杆贯穿充气槽的槽口并连接有摆动杆,两个所述摆动杆之间转动连接有同一个缓冲板,所述缓冲板的材质为硬质合金,所述安装壳的侧壁转动连接有限位杆,所述限位杆的材质为轻质合金,所述限位杆的另一端与缓冲板的侧壁转动连接,所述缓冲板的投影为弧形。本发明能够通过缓冲板的转动,将冲击力的方向转移,进而减轻冲击,并且通过磁力的相互排斥,能够与冲击力相互作用,从而减轻其他部位受到的冲击。
