The buffering energy dissipation piece comprises a plurality of elastic pieces and a plurality of positioning pieces, at least one positioning piece is arranged between every two adjacent elastic pieces, the two sides of each positioning piece and the two adjacent elastic pieces are positioned through concave-convex structures correspondingly, the edge of each positioning piece is in sliding fit with the inner wall of the first guide piece, and each positioning piece is provided with a first elastic cavity. The problems of jamming, deformation of the middle rod and the like are effectively avoided, the space is effectively utilized for arranging an elastic body with a larger size, and the buffering performance is improved.

    本发明属于缓冲器技术领域,具体涉及一种防撞击缓冲器,包括导向件一、导向件二以及缓冲耗能件,导向件二的内壁与导向件一的外壁滑动配合,导向件二内设有支撑件;缓冲耗能件设于导向件一内,支撑件的端部与缓冲耗能件的端部抵接,通过缓冲耗能件的形变吸能;缓冲耗能件包括多个弹性件和多个定位件,相邻的两个弹性体之间设有至少一个定位件,且定位件的两侧分别与相邻的两个弹性体通过凹凸结构进行定位,定位件的边缘与导向件一的内壁滑动配合,定位件具有弹性腔一,有效地避免卡阻、中间杆变形等问题,且有效地利用了空间设置体积更大的弹性体,提升缓冲性能。
