The invention provides an all-terrain vehicle driving state detection mechanism which comprises a drive axle, an axle motor and a driving state switching structure. The axle motor outputs transmission power of the driving state switching structure, and the driving state switching structure adjusts the drive axle to switch the driving state. A driving state monitoring device is further arranged between the driving state switching structure and the bridge motor, and the driving state monitoring device is an induction type monitoring device for monitoring whether the switching position of the driving state switching device is in place or not. Different driving states of the drive axle correspond to different working positions of the driving state switching structure, an induction type monitoring device is arranged, contact interference between different working parts is not needed, the position detection accuracy is improved, and the detection stability of the driving state of the drive axle is improved.
