    本发明提供一种阻燃性全钢工程子午胎胎面胶料及其制备方法,是由生胶和阻燃剂及其他助剂制备而成,所述阻燃剂为二氧化硅,与现有的胎面配方技术相比,本发明采用二氧化硅作为填充剂、阻燃剂,从而既使胎面橡胶的物理机械性能能够满足轮胎胎面使用,又能提升轮胎胎面橡胶的氧指数,使其具备阻燃性能。应用在焦炭厂、金属冶炼厂等高温作业场所,能够有效提升全钢工程子午胎的使用寿命,同时也能避免车辆因轮胎燃烧而发生火灾事故。属于轮胎生产制造领域。
