The invention relates to the technical field of warehouse logistics, in particular to a shuttle vehicle. The shuttle vehicle comprises a shuttle vehicle body, a rail and a pallet fork, and the shuttle vehicle body makes directional movement along the rail. The pallet fork comprises a fixed fork and a movable fork, and the movable fork selectively moves towards the movable fork in the specific direction. The shuttle vehicle further comprises a power device connected with the movable fork and the fixed fork. The power device comprises a power source, a power transmission part, a driving part and an electromagnetic clutch. The power source is connected with the power transmission part, and the power transmission part is connected with the driving part through the electromagnetic clutch. The driving part is connected with any one of the fixed fork and the movable fork. According to the shuttle vehicle, the electromagnetic clutch is matched with the corresponding power device to drive fork discharging and distance adjusting, one set of power driving mechanism is omitted under the condition that it is guaranteed that the function of the shuttle vehicle is not changed, and therefore cost is reduced, energy consumption of the whole vehicle is reduced, energy is saved, and the use efficiency is improved. Fork discharging and distance adjusting are achieved through one set of the driving mechanism, and control becomes simple.

    本发明涉及仓储物流技术领域,尤其涉及一种穿梭车;包括穿梭车车体、轨道和货叉,穿梭车车体沿轨道做定向运动;货叉包括固定叉和移动叉,移动叉沿特定方向向移动叉可选择的移动;穿梭车还包括分别与移动叉和固定叉连接动力装置;动力装置包括动力源、动力传递部、驱动部和电磁离合器,动力源与动力传递部连接,动力传递部通过电磁离合器与驱动部连接;驱动部分别与固定叉和移动叉任一项连接;本发明通过设置有电磁离合器配合对应的动力装置驱动出叉和调距,保证了穿梭车功能不变的情况下减少了一套动力驱动机构,从而节约了成本,并使整车的能耗降低,节约能源,提高了使用效率;利用一套驱动机构实现出叉与调距,使控制变得简单。
