The invention discloses a double-loop cooling system for a fuel cell of a railway vehicle. The double-loop cooling system comprises a first pump, a second pump, a first water tank, a second water tank, a first radiator, a second radiator and a cooling fan, wherein a pile cooling path outlet is connected with an inlet of the first pump; an outlet of the first pump is connected with a pile cooling path inlet through the first radiator; a first port of the first water tank is connected with the inlet of the first pump, a second port is connected with the pile cooling path inlet, and a third port is connected with an exhaust port of the first radiator; an auxiliary part cooling path outlet is connected with an inlet of the second pump, and an outlet of the second pump is connected with an auxiliary part cooling path inlet through the second radiator; and a first port of the second water tank is connected with the auxiliary part cooling path inlet, and a second port is connected with an exhaust port of the second radiator. By means of the double-loop cooling system, the original function and performance of a fuel cell system are not influenced, the power generation efficiency and service life of the stack can be improved, and the manufacturing and maintenance cost is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种轨道车辆燃料电池双回路冷却系统,包括第一泵、第二泵、第一水箱、第二水箱、第一散热器、第二散热器、散热风机;电堆冷却路径出口与第一泵的入口相连,第一泵的出口通过第一散热器与电堆冷却路径入口相连;第一水箱的第一口与第一泵的入口相连,第二口与电堆冷却路径入口相连,第三口与第一散热器的排气口相连;辅助部件冷却路径出口与第二泵的入口相连,第二泵的出口通过第二散热器与辅助部件冷却路径入口相连;第二水箱的第一口与辅助部件冷却路径入口相连,第二口与第二散热器的排气口相连。本发明不影响燃料电池系统原有功能及性能,可提高电堆发电效率和寿命,降低制造及维护成本。
