The invention discloses a preparation method of a low-hysteresis-loss rubber composition and a tire. The preparation method sequentially comprises the following steps of: S1, performing thermal reaction treatment on diene rubber and a low-hysteresis-loss additive in advance for 100-300 seconds at the temperature of 130-160 DEG C; and S2, adding inorganic reinforcing filler and a coupling agent for mixing, and conducting vulcanization treatment to obtain a rubber composition product, wherein the low-hysteresis-loss additive is 3, 6-bis (2-pyridyl)-1, 2, 4, 5-tetrazine, and 0.2-0.9 parts of the low-hysteresis-loss additive, 30-140 parts of the inorganic reinforcing filler and 1-14 parts of the coupling agent are added into every 100 parts of the diene rubber in parts by mass. The rubber composition is used for manufacturing tires; and when a tire containing the rubber composition is used, the tire has low rolling resistance, excellent tear resistance and good processability.

    本申请公开了一种低滞后损失橡胶组合物的制备方法及轮胎,制备方法依次包括如下步骤:S1将二烯烃类橡胶和低滞后损失添加剂进行预先的热反应处理,热反应处理的温度为130至160℃,热反应处理时间为100至300秒;S2加入无机补强填料和偶联剂进行混练,再进行硫化处理,获得橡胶组合物产品,所述低滞后损失添加剂为3,6‑双(2‑吡啶基)‑1,2,4,5‑四嗪,按质量份数计,每100份所述二烯烃类橡胶添加0.2‑0.9份所述低滞后损失添加剂、30‑140份无机补强填料、1‑14份所述偶联剂。本发明橡胶组合物用于制造轮胎;在使用包含上述橡胶组合物的轮胎时,该轮胎具有低的滚动阻力,优良的抗撕裂性和良好的加工性能。
