The invention belongs to the field of crane rotating devices, and particularly relates to a quick-parking shaking-free rotating device which comprises a base, a rotating base, a supporting column, a sealing cover, an electric motor, a cylindrical block, shaking limiting columns, a spring B and a rotating shaft C. The base fixedly installed on a crane chassis is provided with a conical groove, and the rotating base driven by the electric motor is arranged in the conical groove in a rotating fit mode. The rotating base is pressed and sealed in the conical groove through the sealing cover mounted on the base through bolts. In the quick-parking shaking-free rotating device, the three shaking limiting columns are inserted into the three arc-shaped grooves in the inner bottom of the base correspondingly when a suspension arm of a crane is in a retracting state, relative swing between the rotating base and the base is limited, and therefore it is avoided that the rotating base shakes relative to the base due to sudden change of the running speed of the crane under the inertia effect of the suspension arm, and equipment damage caused by relative swinging between the rotating base and the base is reduced.

    本发明属于吊车回转装置领域,尤其涉及一种快速停车无晃动的回转装置,它包括底座、旋转座、承托柱、密封盖、电动马达、圆柱块、限晃柱、弹簧B、转轴C,其中固装于吊车底盘上的底座具有锥槽,锥槽中旋转配合有被电动马达驱动的旋转座;通过螺栓安装于底座上的密封盖将旋转座抵压密封于锥槽中,本发明中的三个限晃柱在吊车的吊臂处于回收状态时分别插入底座内底部的三个弧形槽内,将旋转座与底座之间的相对摆动进行限制,从而防止旋转座在吊臂惯性作用下因吊车行驶速度骤变产生相对于底座的晃动,减小因旋转座与底座之间相对摆动所导致的设备损坏。
