The invention belongs to the technical field related to mine cages, and particularly relates to an in-cage danger identification device and method. The in-cage danger identification device comprises a sensor, a mobile power supply, an intelligent host, an alarm and a wireless transceiver, wherein the sensor, the mobile power supply, the alarm and the wireless transceiver are connected to the intelligent host; the sensor is used for monitoring behaviors of passengers and states of goods; the mobile power supply is used for providing electric energy; the intelligent host is used for collecting alarm signals sent by the sensor for danger analysis, identification and control; the alarm is used for outputting on-cage alarm; and the wireless transceiver is used for outputting alarm information to the outside of a cage. The in-cage danger identification method is characterized in that a defense area is set or formed on the cage, border crossing detection is achieved, and image detection, grating detection or laser radar detection is adopted. The in-cage danger identification device and method have the beneficial effects that monitoring coverage in the cage is achieved, the transportation safety is improved, and the accident rate can be greatly decreased.

    本发明属于与矿井罐笼相关的技术领域,尤其涉及一种罐内危险识别装置和方法。包括传感器、移动电源、智能主机、报警器和无线收发器,所述的传感器、移动电源、报警器和无线收发器分别连接在智能主机上,传感器用于监测乘员行为及货物状态,移动电源用于提供电能,智能主机采集传感器发出的报警信号进行危险分析、识别及控制,报警器用于罐上报警输出,无线收发器用于向罐外输出报警信息。一种罐内危险识别方法,其特征在于:在罐笼上设定或构成防区,实现越界侦测,采用图像检测、光栅检测或激光雷达检测;本发明的有益效果是:实现了罐笼内的监控覆盖,提高了运输安全性,能大大降低事故率。
