The invention discloses an improved austenitic steel anchor chain and a manufacturing method. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps of blanking a bar; heating the bar; carrying out hot weaving on the ring; performing shaping; performing flash welding; performing deburring on weld joints after flash welding, and then pressing crosspieces; then performing primary detecting and grinding on the chain ring, and cutting the defective chain ring and merging into a new ring; carrying out solution treatment on the chain; carrying out a tension load test on the chain; checking the surface and the size of the chain ring; and finally inspecting, painting and packaging. The improved austenitic steel anchor chain has good corrosion resistance, including pitting corrosion, stress corrosion and intergranular corrosion; the magnetic conductivity is lower than or equal to 1.01; by increasing the width and the inner diameter of the chain ring, the opening of the chain ring is increased, and the ring is rounder; the upsetting quality is improved by heating the ring back; therefore, the inner diameter of the chain ring is increased, and the forming quality is improved.

    本发明公开了一种改进型奥氏体钢锚链及制造方法,包括以下步骤:棒料下料;棒料加热;热编环;整形;闪光焊接;闪光焊接后焊缝去刺,然后压入横档;随后对链环进行初检、打磨,将有缺陷的链环割除然后并入新环;对链条进行固溶处理;对链条进行拉力负荷试验;对链环进行表面和尺寸检查;终检、油漆、打包。本发明具有较好的抗腐蚀性能,包括点蚀、应力腐蚀和晶间腐蚀;具有较低的磁导率≤1.01;通过增加链环宽度和内径,使链环开档增加、环形更加圆润;通过对环背加热提高了顶锻质量;加大芯轴直径,从而增加链环内径,使成型质量提高。
