Due to the fact that the anchor chain is extended and lengthened under the action of gravity of the anchor and repeated pulling of an anchor gear, a gap exists in limiting of a brake part of a chain link of the anchor chain by a flashboard, and the anchor and the anchor chain are prone to swaying continuously under the action of surge.
