The invention discloses a tail gas treatment device for an internal combustion engine. The tail gas treatment device comprises a base and a tail gas treatment box, the upper surface of the base is fixedly connected with a tray through a buffer seat, the buffer seat is composed of a base plate, an air bag and a rubber plug, the air bag is installed on the surface of the base plate, an inflation inlet of the air bag is connected with the rubber plug in a pluggable mode, a supporting column is fixedly connected to the position, close to the side edge, of the surface of the base, the top end of the supporting column is detachably connected with a mounting base through a bolt, and the mounting base is fixedly connected to one side of a pressing plate. The tail gas treatment box is clamped and fixed through the air bag at the bottom end of the tray and a shock absorption seat on the lower surface of the pressing plate, installation is convenient, the tail gas treatment box is in communication connection with an exhaust end of the internal combustion engine through a corrugated hose, the connection mode is flexible connection, the air bag and the shock absorption seat have high buffering and shock absorption performance, the stability of the tail gas treatment box is improved, the phenomenon of gas leakage or breakage at the joint is prevented, and the service life is prolonged.

    本发明公开了一种内燃机用尾气处理装置,包括底座和尾气处理箱,所述底座上表面通过缓冲座固定连接托盘,所述缓冲座由垫板、气囊和橡胶塞组成,所述气囊安装在垫板表面,所述气囊的充气口位置插拔连接橡胶塞,所述底座表面靠近侧边位置固定连接支撑柱,所述支撑柱顶端通过螺栓与安装座可拆卸连接,所述安装座固定连接在压板一侧。本发明通过托盘底端的气囊以及压板下表面的减震座对尾气处理箱夹持固定,方便安装,尾气处理箱与内燃机的排气端通过波纹软管导通连接,这种连接方式为柔性连接,气囊和减震座均具有很好的缓冲和减震性能,提高尾气处理箱的稳定性,防止连接处出现漏气或者断裂的现象,延长使用寿命。
