PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress an increase in PN in starting-up an internal combustion engine.SOLUTION: In starting-up an engine, when cooling water temperature Tw is lower than a prescribed water temperature Twref (step S150), a throttle valve is prohibited with overshoot (step S160), and the throttle valve is controlled so that an opening degree of the throttle valve never becomes larger than a target throttle opening degree Ttag even once but becomes the target throttle opening degree Ttag (step S170, S180). 【課題】内燃機関の始動するときにおけるPNの増加を抑制する。【解決手段】エンジンを始動するとき、冷却水温Twが所定水温Twref未満であるときには(ステップS150)、スロットルバルブのオーバーシュートを禁止して(ステップS160)、スロットルバルブの開度が一旦目標スロットル開度Ttagより大きくなることなく目標スロットル開度Ttagとなるように、スロットルバルブを制御する(ステップS170,S180)。これにより、PNの増加を抑制することができる。【選択図】図3
