The invention discloses a battery thermal management system based on combination of a flat plate type pulsating heat pipe and a liquid cooling system and a temperature control method, and relates to the technical field of electric vehicle battery thermal management systems. Through cooperation of the flat plate type pulsating heat pipe and the liquid cooling system, the temperature equalization performance of the flat plate type pulsating heat pipe is brought into full play, the starting time of the cooling liquid pump is delayed, and the maximum temperature difference of the whole battery module is reduced. The flat plate type pulsating heat pipe and the liquid cooling channel plate are vertically arranged in a staggered mode, the temperature difference between the theoretical evaporationend and the theoretical condensation end of the pulsating heat pipe is more obvious, and the starting performance of the pulsating heat pipe is enhanced. Compared with traditional liquid cooling systems, the energy consumption of the liquid cooling system can be reduced, the temperature difference between an inlet and an outlet of the liquid cooling system is close, the overall heat exchange coefficient of the liquid cooling system is increased, a faster cooling effect can be achieved on a battery module, and the service life of a battery is prolonged.

    本发明公开一种基于平板式脉动热管和液冷系统组合的电池热管理系统及温控方法,涉及电动汽车电池热管理系统技术领域。利用平板式脉动热管与液冷系统的配合,充分发挥平板式脉动热管均温性能,延后冷却液泵开启时间,降低整个电池模组的最大温差。平板式脉动热管与液冷通道板垂直交错布置,使脉动热管的理论蒸发端与理论冷凝端的温差更明显,增强脉动热管启动性能。本发明与传统液冷系统相比,能减少液冷系统的能耗,使液冷系统进口处与出口处的温度差相近,增强液冷系统整体换热系数,能对电池模组实现更快的降温效果,延长电池的使用寿命。
