The invention provides a waterway unmanned transportation method which comprises the following steps: on an unmanned flight transportation carrier side, acquiring a destination of a transportation task, and advancing to the destination according to a predetermined path; obtaining a current maximum voyage, and determining a first overwater parking point position and estimated arrival time accordingto the current position, the maximum voyage and the navigation path information; determining an unmanned waterway transportation carrier to be taken according to the first overwater parking point position and the estimated arrival time, and navigating to the first overwater parking point position; parking the unmanned waterway transportation carrier for charging, and when the unmanned waterway transport carrier is charged to a predetermined state, making the unmanned waterway transportation carrier travel to the destination according to the predetermined path.
