The invention provides an emergency braking method based on driver habits, which is applied to a vehicle. According to the embodiment of the invention, a driver model is constructed based on the frequency of triggering an emergency braking function by a driver in the past and the frequency of dangerous states in the past, and the driver model, namely the driving correction parameter, when the vehicle is powered on is obtained; second alert time is obtained through combination and correction of the driving correction parameters and preset first alert time, and the working mode of the automaticemergency braking system is updated according to the second alert time to compare the collision time of the vehicle and the obstacle in front of the vehicle and the second alert time; therefore, the frequency of taking over and using emergency braking of the vehicle is dynamically and better improved based on the frequency and capability of using AEB by a driver in the past; the warning time is corrected for drivers with relatively prudent driving habits and drivers with driving habits needing to be corrected for safe, so that the triggering of the emergency braking function is more suitable for the style of the drivers, and the driving experience of the drivers can be improved on the basis of ensuring the safety.

    本发明提供了一种基于驾驶员习惯的紧急制动方法,应用于车辆,本发明实施例能够基于驾驶员以往触发紧急制动功能的频率及以往的危险状态频率来构建驾驶员模型,在车辆上电时获取驾驶员模型即驾驶修正参数;通过驾驶修正参数与预先设定的第一警戒时间结合修正得到第二警戒时间,并以此更新自动紧急制动系统工作方式为对比本车与前车障碍物的碰撞时间、第二警戒时间;以此基于驾驶员以往使用AEB的次数及能力来动态来更好地改善车辆接管使用紧急制动的次数;针对驾驶习惯较为谨慎的驾驶员和驾驶习惯较为那些需要驾驶更安全的驾驶员分别修正警戒时间,以使得紧急制动功能的触发更切合驾驶员的风格,能够在保障安全性的基础上改善驾驶员的驾驶体验。
