The oil passages (71, 72) communicate with an oil reservoir (48a) inside a mounting boss (60) to which the stator (50)is mounted, and extend radially outward. The oil passages (71, 72) are composed of a second oil passage (72) having a large diameter and a first oil passage (71) having a smaller diameter than the second oil passage (72), which communicate with each other on the same axis.
