The invention discloses a vehicle braking force measuring device and method. The vehicle braking force measuring device comprises a multi-dimensional force sensor, wherein one end of the multi-dimensional force sensor is connected with a brake caliper shaft of a vehicle, the other end of the multi-dimensional force sensor is connected with a brake pad, and the multi-dimensional force sensor is used for measuring friction force in the horizontal direction and holding force in the vertical direction borne by the brake pad when a wheel brakes. The multi-dimensional force sensor is directly connected with the brake pad to directly measure the force borne by the vehicle during braking, the vehicle braking force measuring device has the advantages of being high in monitoring precision, high in real-time performance, high in accuracy and low in misjudgment rate, and can measure and monitor the friction force value in real time for a short time and a long time and discover damage information caused by long-time stress of the brake pad, so as to judge whether brake pad is in fatigue relaxation state or normal working state. Therefore, the problem that the abrasion problem of the brake pad is difficult to find in time from the outside is solved, the brake pad is convenient to replace in time, faults are reduced, accidents are avoided, and the running safety and reliability of a vehicle are greatly improved.

    本发明公开一种车辆制动刹车力的测量装置及方法,该装置包括:多维力传感器,多维力传感器的一端与车辆的制动卡钳轴连接,多维力传感器的另一端与刹车片连接,用于测量车轮制动刹车时刹车片受到的水平方向的摩擦力和垂直方向的抱紧力。通过将多维力传感器直接与刹车片连接,直直接测量车辆制动时所受到的力,具有监测精度高、实时性强、准确度高,误判率低的优点,可以短期也可以长期实时测量监测摩擦力值的大小,发现刹车片因长期受力导致损坏的信息,来判断刹车片是否疲劳松弛,是否正常工作状态,从而解决了从外部难以及时发现刹车片磨损问题的难题,便于及时更换刹车片,减少故障,从而避免发生事故,大大提高车辆运行的安全性和可靠性。
