The invention discloses an electrohydraulic control system of four-legged leveling platform. The electrohydraulic control system adopts a programmable logic controller (PLC) as a main control element,and comprises a computer; the computer is connected with a PLC module; the PLC module is connected with a digital output module; the digital output module is connected with an intermediate relay; theintermediate relay is connected with an electromagnetic valve; the electromagnetic valve is connected with a control console; the control console is connected with an electrohydraulic pressure switchand a sensor; the electrohydraulic pressure switch is connected with the PLC module through a digital input module; the sensor is connected with the computer through a controller area network (CAN) bus; and a double-axis sensor in a leveling system is installed at one corner of the platform, and the X axis and the Y axis are parallel to two faces of the platform respectively. According to the electrohydraulic control system, through optimization of software and hardware and change of a signal transmission mode, the anti-interference capability is enhanced.

    本发明公开了一种四腿调平平台电液控制系统,采用PLC作为主控元件,包括计算机,前述的计算机与PLC模块连接,前述的PLC模块与数字量输出模块连接,前述的数字量输出模块与中间继电器连接,前述的中间继电器与电磁阀连接,前述的电磁阀与控制台连接,前述的控制台与液电压力开关和传感器连接,前述的液电压力开关通过数字量输入模块与PLC模块连接,前述的传感器通过CAN总线计算机;调平系统中双轴传感器安装在平台的一个角,X轴、Y轴分别与平台的两个面平行。本发明通过软件及硬件的优化,对信号传输方式的改变,增强抗干扰能力。
