The invention relates to an electric tractor electro-hydraulic control system, a tractor and an electro-hydraulic control method, and relates to the field of hydraulic control. An oil outlet of a gear pump of the electric tractor electro-hydraulic control system is communicated with low-pressure small-flow equipment, and an oil outlet of a load-sensitive variable pump is communicated with an oil inlet of an electric proportional reversing valve; a first working oil port of the electric proportional reversing valve communicates with high-pressure large-flow equipment, a load sensing port of the load-sensitive variable pump communicates with a feedback port of the electric proportional reversing valve, and the controller is used for controlling the rotating speed of the load-sensitive variable pump and the rotating speed of the gear pump. The tractor comprises the electric tractor electro-hydraulic control system. And the rotating speeds of the gear pump and the load-sensitive variable pump are respectively controlled by an electro-hydraulic control method. The single-pump hydraulic system has the advantages that equipment with large load difference is arranged in the hydraulic system of the single-pump system and does not interfere with each other. The gear pump and the load-sensitive variable pump independently control the rotating speed according to corresponding required flow, power loss is effectively reduced, the energy-saving effect is achieved, and the service life of the whole machine is prolonged.

    本发明涉及一种电动拖拉机电液控制系统、拖拉机和电液控制方法,涉及液压控制领域,电动拖拉机电液控制系统的齿轮泵的出油口与低压小流量设备连通,负载敏感变量泵的出油口与电比例换向阀的进油口连通,电比例换向阀的第一工作油口与高压大流量设备连通,负载敏感变量泵的负载感应口与电比例换向阀的反馈口连通,控制器用于控制负载敏感变量泵和齿轮泵的转速。拖拉机包括电动拖拉机电液控制系统。电液控制方法分别控制齿轮泵和负载敏感变量泵的转速。有益效果是:将负载相差较大的设备分别置于单泵系统中的液压系统,彼此互不干扰。齿轮泵和负载敏感变量泵根据相应需求流量独立控制转速,有效减少功率损失,起到节能效果,延长整机寿命。
