The invention relates to high-altitude operation equipment, and particularly discloses an adjustable variable-amplitude hinge point system which comprises an arm support, a driving mechanism, a connecting rod mechanism and a mounting seat. The arm support is connected with the mounting seat through the connecting rod mechanism. When the driving mechanism is in a first working state, the arm support can be driven to rotate by a set angle relative to the mounting seat, and the arm support is lifted through the connecting rod mechanism so that the distance between the arm support and the mountingseat can be increased. When the driving mechanism is in a second working state, the arm support can be driven to rotate by the set angle relative to the mounting seat, and the arm support is loweredby moving the connecting rod mechanism so as to reduce the distance between the arm support and the mounting seat. In addition, the invention further relates to an elevating fire truck or an overheadworking truck. According to the adjustable variable-amplitude hinge point system, the lifting height and the recycling height can be considered at the same time.
