The leveling control system comprises a rotary table multi-way valve and further comprises an electromagnetic switching valve, a port A3 of the rotary table multi-way valve is connected with a port P1 of the electromagnetic switching valve, a port B3 of the rotary table multi-way valve is connected with a port P2 of the electromagnetic switching valve, and a port C3 of the electromagnetic switching valve is used for being connected with a rod cavity of an up-down leveling oil cylinder. A port C4 of the electromagnetic switching valve is used for connecting rodless cavities of the upper and lower leveling oil cylinders; a C1 port of the upper balance adjusting valve is connected with a rod cavity of the upper leveling oil cylinder, and a C2 port of the upper balance adjusting valve is connected with a rodless cavity of the upper leveling oil cylinder; valve element spring cavities on the two sides of the up-regulation balance valve are both communicated with the atmosphere and used for eliminating the influence of the back pressure of the openings V1 and V2 of the up-regulation balance valve on forward and reverse opening of the up-regulation balance valve. According to the scheme, leveling of the working bucket can be controlled through the rotary table multi-way valve and the remote controller, the influence of back pressure on opening of the leveling balance valve is eliminated, the response time of automatic leveling in the operation process is shortened, and the leveling lag problem is relieved.

    本发明公开了一种高空作业车调平控制系统及高空作业车,包括转台多路阀,还包括电磁切换阀,所述转台多路阀A3口连接电磁切换阀P1口,转台多路阀B3口连接电磁切换阀P2口,电磁切换阀C3口用于连接上下调平油缸有杆腔,电磁切换阀C4口用于连接上下调平油缸无杆腔;所述上调平衡阀C1口连接上调平油缸的有杆腔,上调平衡阀C2口连接上调平油缸的无杆腔;所述上调平衡阀两侧阀芯弹簧腔均连通大气,用以消除上调平衡阀V1、V2口背压对上调平衡阀正向及反向开启的影响。本发明的方案能够实现通过转台多路阀及遥控器控制工作斗调平,消除背压对调平平衡阀开启的影响,缩减作业过程中自动调平的响应时间,缓解调平滞后问题。
