The invention relates to an inclined plane groove type bulkhead mounting line marking method and an inclined plane groove type bulkhead mounting method. The marking method comprises the following steps of S1, marking a framework surface groove type mounting line, a rib position line and a framework surface groove type inspection line on a framework surface; S2, respectively knocking out two end point sample punches of a rib position line on the framework surface; S3, a groove-shaped compartment being installed on a groove-shaped installation line of the framework surface on the framework surface of the inner longitudinal wall plate, then the inner longitudinal wall plate being turned over and then placed on a jig frame, and the surface of a liquid cargo tank facing upwards; S4, marking a rib position line on the liquid cargo tank surface according to the end point sample punch of the rib position line knocked out in the step S2; S5, marking a framework surface groove-shaped center lineon the liquid cargo tank surface; S6, according to the trigonometric function, the offset distance of the liquid cargo tank face groove profile center line relative to the framework face groove profile center line being calculated; and S7, marking out a liquid cargo tank surface groove-shaped mounting line and a liquid cargo tank surface groove-shaped inspection line. The scribing method solves aproblem that the positioning difficulty on the inclined plane is large, ensures that the mounting positions of the groove-shaped bulkheads on the two sides are consistent, and improves the construction quality.

    本发明涉及斜面槽型隔舱安装线划制方法及斜面槽型隔舱安装方法,该划制方法包括:S1、在构架面上划出构架面槽型安装线、肋位线、构架面槽型检验线;S2、在构架面上分别敲出肋位线的两个端点样冲;S3、在内纵壁板的构架面上将槽型隔舱安装在构架面槽型安装线上,然后将内纵壁板翻身后放置在胎架上,液货舱面朝上;S4、依据S2中敲出的肋位线的端点样冲在液货舱面划出肋位线;S5、在液货舱面划出构架面槽型中心线;S6、根据三角函数计算出液货舱面槽型中心线相对构架面槽型中心线的偏移距离;S7、划出液货舱面槽型安装线、液货舱面槽型检验线。本发明的划制方法解决斜面上定位难度大的问题,保证两侧的槽形舱壁安装位置一致,提升建造质量。
