The invention discloses an automatic restart charging control method for a vehicle-mounted charger, and the method comprises the following steps of: waking up the vehicle-mounted charger when the vehicle-mounted charger detects a slow charging connection signal in a dormant state of a whole electric vehicle; utilizing the vehicle-mounted charger to wake up a vehicle control unit, and performing self-inspection and waking up a battery management system by the vehicle control unit; detecting the duty ratio of a CP signal by using the vehicle-mounted charger, if the CP signal does not exist, entering a whole vehicle fault state, otherwise, detecting the input voltage of a slow charging gun by using the vehicle-mounted charger; if the input voltage of the slow charging gun ranges from 170V to275V, conducting voltage and current information interaction on the vehicle-mounted charger and the battery management system; otherwise, entering a whole vehicle fault state; enabling the battery management system to acquire voltage and current information and judging whether the voltage and current information is within preset slow charging voltage and current ranges or not, if yes, utilizing the battery management system to send a charging request to the vehicle control unit, and entering a slow charging state; otherwise, entering a whole vehicle fault state.

    本发明公开了一种车载充电机自动重启充电的控制方法,包括以下步骤:在电动汽车整车休眠状态下,当车载充电器检测到慢充连接信号后,唤醒车载充电器;利用车载充电器唤醒整车控制器,整车控制器自检并唤醒电池管理系统;利用车载充电器检测CP信号的占空比,若CP信号不存在,则进入整车故障状态,否则,利用车载充电器检测慢充枪的输入电压;若慢充枪的输入电压在170V~275V之间,车载充电器与电池管理系统进行电压、电流信息交互;否则,进入整车故障状态;电池管理系统获取电压、电流信息,并分别判断是否在预设的慢充电压、电流范围内,若在,则利用电池管理系统向整车控制器发送充电请求,并进入慢充;否则,进入整车故障状态。
