By designing the display board and the base plate, the display board controls transverse unfolding or not according to the size and number of materials, the unfolding of the display board expands the carrying area of the carrying table, the buffer pad on the bottom surface of the base plate relieves the pressure on the robot in the material carrying process, and the rubber pad with the wavy outline on the top surface of the base plate enables the materials to be placed more stably.

    本发明公开了一种可避障的工业生产用物料搬运机器人,包括固定架,所述固定架的内部内壁固定连接有载物台,所述载物台的两侧表面均开设有收纳槽,所述收纳槽的内部设置有展板,所述展板的外端表面固定连接有挡边,所述挡边安装在载物台的两侧外部,所述载物台的顶部表面设置有垫板,所述固定架的两侧表面均固定连接有电控箱,所述固定架的底部表面固定连接有底座,所述底座的底部两端均固定连接有脚轮;通过设计的展板和垫板,展板依据物料的体积及数量控制其是否横向展开,展板展开扩展了载物台的载物面积,垫板底部表面缓冲垫减缓物料搬运过程中对于机器人的压力,垫板顶部表面波浪形轮廓的橡胶垫致使物料放置更加稳定。
