The invention discloses a two-passenger one-dangerous vehicle driving state evaluation method, wherein the method comprises the steps: firstly collecting two-passenger one-dangerous vehicle data information which is registered by a traffic management department and is additionally provided with a GPS system or a Beidou positioning system, building a two-passenger one-dangerous vehicle data set, and employing the two-passenger one-dangerous vehicle data set to record data related to the driving speed, the vehicle position and the vehicle information of the two-passenger one-dangerous vehicle inthe data set at an interval of 5s; and carrying out multi-layer comprehensive analysis and evaluation on the driving information of the two-passenger one-dangerous vehicle so as to judge the potential dangerous driving tendency of a driver of the two-passenger one-dangerous vehicle. A basis can be provided for monitoring and managing the two-passenger one-dangerous vehicle. A support is providedfor government departments to provide more scientific and reliable industry supervision, so that the transportation efficiency, safety guarantee, emergency disposal and policy decision-making capability of road vehicles are improved.
