The invention discloses a multidirectional traffic monitoring device and a monitoring method. The multidirectional traffic monitoring device comprises a mounting plate, a rotating mechanism, a monitoring assembly, a fixed box, an adjusting assembly and a camera body, the rotating mechanism comprises a driving motor and drives the camera body to rotate; two communicating fixing cylinders are arranged on the two sides of the fixed box, and the camera body is located in the fixed box; the monitoring assembly comprises a first lens, a light reflection assembly and a second lens; and the angle of the light reflection assembly is adjusted in the fixed box through the adjusting assembly. When two directions of a road are monitored, the two fixing cylinders are aligned with the two directions of the road, light rays are emitted to corresponding reflective mirrors through first lenses and then reflected to the second lenses, and the light rays are captured by the camera body through the secondlenses; the angle of the reflective mirrors is changed by rotating a threaded sleeve, and different directions are monitored; and the problem that an existing camera device can only shoot one road inone direction is solved.

    本发明公开了一种多方向交通监控装置及监控方法,该监控装置包括安装板、转动机构、监控组件、固定箱、调节组件和摄像头主体;转动机构包括驱动电机,转动机构带动摄像头主体转动;固定箱两侧设有两个连通的固定筒,摄像头主体位于固定箱内;监控组件包括第一透镜、反光组件和第二透镜;反光组件通过调节组件在固定箱内调节角度。当对道路的两个方向监控时,将两个固定筒对准道路的两个方向,光线通过第一透镜射在对应的反光镜上,然后再反射到第二透镜上,光线通过第二透镜被摄像头主体捕捉;转动螺纹套筒改变反光镜的角度,对不同的方向进行监控。本发明解决了现有摄像装置只能对一条道路的一个方向进行拍摄的难题。
