According to the cantilever crane telescoping control method, the cantilever crane control system and the aerial work platform, controlling is carried out on the telescopic positions of the telescopic oil cylinders at all levels, the corresponding telescopic oil cylinders flexibly reach the oil cylinder limit positions and are flexibly started.

    本发明公开了一种臂架伸缩控制方法、臂架控制系统及高空作业平台,控制方法包括:臂架伸出时,前一级伸缩油缸伸出距离其最大行程Li的长度Ki时,逐渐降低其标准伸出工作流量至目标流量Qi,最后以目标流量Qi伸出至最大行程Li处,后一级伸缩油缸伸出,其伸出工作流量在伸出长度K'i‑1范围内逐渐增加至目标流量Q'i‑1;臂架缩回时,前一级伸缩油缸缩回距离其最大行程Li的长度时,逐渐降低其标准缩回工作流量至目标流量最后以目标流量缩回至最大行程Li处,后一级伸缩油缸缩回,其缩回工作流量在缩回长度范围内逐渐增加至目标流量本发明通过对各级伸缩油缸的伸缩位置进行控制,使得对应伸缩油缸柔性到达油缸极限位置以及柔性启动。
