The embodiment of the invention provides a pod type propeller and a ship. The pod type propeller comprises a rotation unit and a power unit. The power unit comprises a motor shell, and a supporting rod and a propeller which are located outside the motor shell, and a rotor, a stator and annular heat conduction pieces which are located inside the motor shell; the supporting rod is connected with therotation unit and the motor shell; the propeller is connected to the rotating shaft end of the rotor; the two annular heat conduction pieces are both in contact with the motor shell, are respectivelyin contact with the two winding end parts of the stator and respectively and completely wrap the two winding end parts, and the sectional areas of the annular heat conduction pieces are right trapezoids. Therefore, the heat generated by the winding end parts of the stator can be transferred to the motor shell through the annular heat conduction pieces, and the motor shell can be well cooled in seawater. Heat can be dissipated into the seawater through heat exchange between solids, so that the heat dissipation effect can be improved.

    本发明实施例提供了吊舱式推进器及船舶,该吊舱式推进器包括回转单元和动力单元;动力单元包括电机外壳、位于电机外壳外部的支杆和螺旋桨,以及位于电机外壳内部的转子、定子和环形导热件;支杆分别与回转单元和电机外壳相连;螺旋桨连接于转子的转轴端部;两个环形导热件均与电机外壳相接触,以及分别与定子的两个绕线端部相接触并分别完全包裹所述两个绕线端部,其中,所述环形导热件的截面积呈直角梯形。如此,定子绕线端部产生的热量可经环形导热件传递至电机外壳,且电机外壳在海水中可被很好的冷却。由于热量可以通过固体之间的热交换以散发到海水中,故能够提高散热效果。
