The invention discloses a driving wheel of an autonomous mobile inspection robot. The driving wheel comprises a wheel assembly, a speed reducer and a driving motor, the public planet wheel assembly ismeshed with the sun wheel, the movable inner gear ring and the fixed inner gear ring; the movable inner gear ring is supported by a first rolling bearing and is arranged in an inner hole of the speedreducer shell; the left inner circular surface of the fixed inner gear ring and the right outer circular surface of the movable inner gear ring are matched and fixed in the speed reducer shell; and two ends of the sun gear are respectively supported in inner holes of the movable inner gear ring and the end cover by two second rolling bearings. The right side of the sun gear is fixedly connected with the input end of a driving motor; the end cover and the speed reducer shell are fixed together; the movable inner gear ring, the sun gear and the driving motor are concentrically arranged; the wheel assembly is installed on the output shaft on the left side of the movable inner gear ring. The transmission ratio of the speed reducing mechanism is increased, a driving motor with small power canbe adopted to generate large driving force, and the walking requirement of the autonomous mobile inspection robot under the complex terrain of an unattended station can be met.

    本发明公开了一种自主移动巡检机器人的驱动车轮,包括车轮总成、减速器、驱动电机;公用行星轮总成与太阳轮、活动内齿圈和固定内齿圈啮合;活动内齿圈通过第一滚动轴承支承并安装于减速器壳体的内孔中;固定内齿圈左侧内圆面与活动内齿圈右侧外圆面配合并固定在减速器外壳内;太阳轮两端用两个第二滚动轴承分别支承于活动内齿圈和端盖的内孔中。太阳轮右侧与驱动电机的输入端固定连接;端盖与减速器壳体固定在一起;活动内齿圈、太阳轮和驱动电机的同心设置;车轮总成安装在活动内齿圈左侧的输出轴上。本发明增加了减速机构的传动比,可以采用较小功率的驱动电机产生较大的驱动力,能够满足无人值守站场复杂地形下自主移动巡检机器人的行走需要。
