The invention discloses a rear-drive constant-speed drive shaft assembly, which mainly comprises a solid shaft and the like. The two ends of the solid shaft are each connected with a three-ball pin, the three-ball pins are axially limited through shaft check rings, the two ends of the solid shaft are connected with spherical bowls, and one ends of springs are connected into the spherical bowls. The other end of the spring is installed in an installation hole in the inner bottom of the wheel side three-column groove shell and an installation hole in the inner bottom of the transmission side three-column groove shell in an interference mode, and a supporting cushion block is arranged in the spring at the same time and installed at the inner bottom of the wheel side three-column groove shelland the inner bottom of the transmission side three-column groove shell through bolts. Mobile end tripod constant velocity universal joints are adopted on the transmission side and the wheel side, therequirements for small corner changes and installation and use displacement in the use process are met, the types of parts are reduced, the assembly process is simplified, and the purposes of designand cost reduction are achieved; a spring support hole is designed in the bottom of an inner cavity of the three-column groove shell to ensure reliable connection with a transmission side bevel gear;a special-shaped steel cable baffle ring is installed at the opening of the inner cavity of the three-column groove shell and can limit the position of the three-ball pin.

    本发明公开了一种后驱等速驱动轴总成,主要包括实心轴等,实心轴两端各连接一个三球销,并通过轴用挡圈对三球销轴向限位,实心轴两端连接球形碗,球形碗内连接弹簧一端,弹簧另一端过盈安装到轮边侧三柱槽壳和变速器侧三柱槽壳内底部的安装孔内,弹簧内部同时设置支承垫块,支承垫块通过螺栓安装到轮边侧三柱槽壳和变速器侧三柱槽壳内底部。本发明的变速器侧、轮边侧均采用移动端三球销等速万向节,满足使用时较小的转角变化和安装使用位移要求,减少零件种类,简化装配流程,达到设计降本的目的;三柱槽壳内腔底部设计弹簧支座孔,确保与变速器侧锥齿轮连接可靠;三柱槽壳内腔口部安装异形钢丝挡圈,可以限制三球销位置。
