The invention discloses a signal lamp capable of being turned over at any angle. The signal lamp comprises a shell, a circular track, a roller shaft, a signal lamp body, a motor, a control device, anair temperature sensing module and a humidity sensing module. The shell is cylindrical, and one end of the shell is open; the circular track is arranged at the open end of the shell; a roller shaft isarranged on the circular ring rail, so that the roller shaft is located in the circular ring rail and rotates by 360 degrees; an annular signal lamp mounting part is arranged in the center of the roller shaft; the signal lamp is mounted in the signal lamp mounting part; the motor is arranged in the roller shaft; the signal lamp is provided with an air temperature sensing module and a humidity sensing module; and the control device is connected to the signal lamp. By designing the signal lamp capable of freely rotating at any angle, the direction can be automatically adjusted in severe weather, and the signal effect can be better displayed. By arranging the two-sided signal lamp, the surface can be automatically adjusted when the two-sided signal lamp is damaged, and the situation of traffic jam caused by no signal lamp is prevented.
