The invention relates to a portable auxiliary transportation device capable of being folded and turned over. The portable auxiliary transportation device comprises a goods shelf panel, four auxiliary wheels and a quick-release connecting device. The quick-release connecting device is connected with a supporting shaft of a bicycle seat in a clamping manner and is hinged to a supporting frame. A rotating shaft of the supporting frame is rotatably connected with a rear axle of a bicycle. The auxiliary wheels are arranged on the two sides of the goods shelf panel and are fixedly connected with the goods shelf panel through connecting rods on the auxiliary wheels. Hole-shaft connection of the connection rods and the goods shelf panel allowing the connection rods to rotate is realized through holes in the connection rods and a longitudinal shaft. When the bicycle is damaged and is required to be transported, the goods shelf panel, the four auxiliary wheels, and the quick-release connecting device are turned around the supporting frame until the four auxiliary wheels are located below tires. The connecting rods on the auxiliary wheels are adjusted through adjusting so as to enable the auxiliary wheels to be located vertically and downwards and finally to be in contact with the ground, replacing the bicycle wheels. The goods shelf panel is fixed at a position in an angle of the wheels.
