The invention relates to the field of unmanned aerial vehicles, in particular to a broadcaster for broadcasting seeds or broadcasting granular fertilizers and an unmanned aerial vehicle with the broadcaster. The broadcaster comprises a feeding assembly connected with an unmanned aerial vehicle stock bin and a broadcasting assembly connected to the lower portion of the feeding assembly. The broadcaster is characterized in that the feeding assembly comprises a feeding shell connected with the unmanned aerial vehicle stock bin, and a feeding shaft for quantitatively feeding materials into the broadcasting assembly is arranged in the feeding shell; and a feeding motor for driving the feeding shaft is arranged on the outer wall of the feeding shell, a plurality of feeding cavities for containing the materials are evenly distributed in the surface of the feeding shaft, and a sealing assembly for sealing the feeding cavities is arranged on the portion, at the front side of the rotating direction of the feeding shaft, of the feeding shell. The broadcaster is simple in structure and capable of accurately controlling the discharging amount and achieving accurate broadcasting.
