According to the manual-automatic integrated wheel scheduling device, carrying and scheduling of wheels can be achieved through the scheduling mechanism; and in the scheduling mechanism, the cross beam can be rotated manually or automatically through fixed switching between the steering column and the adapter column, and manual or automatic steering carrying is achieved.
