The invention discloses a double-winding motor electronic mechanical brake system and a control method thereof. The system comprises a pedal module, a braking module, a driving module, a power supplymodule and a control module. The double-winding motor is used for replacing an original EMB drive motor, and the drive layer fault tolerance of the brake system is provided by using the winding faulttolerance characteristic of the double-winding motor. Besides, in order to ensure that the double-winding motor is not restrained by a power supply system during redundancy control, an original storage battery power supply system is changed into a hybrid energy storage system of a storage battery and a super capacitor for power supply, and power supply layer fault tolerance of the braking system is provided.
本发明公开了一种双绕组电机电子机械制动系统及其控制方法,系统包括:踏板模块、制动模块、驱动模块、供电模块和控制模块;本发明利用双绕组电机替代原有EMB驱动电机,利用双绕组电机的自身的绕组容错特性,提供制动系统的驱动层容错。此外,为了保证双绕组电机在冗余控制时不被供电系统约束,将原有蓄电池供电系统改为蓄电池与超级电容的混合储能系统供电,提供制动系统的供电层容错。
