The invention discloses a four-fulcrum electric forklift steering system and method applying a novel steering mode, and relates to the technical field of steering systems.The steering system comprisestwo front wheels, two rear wheels and a steering axle assembly, the steering axle assembly comprises an axle frame, a steering knuckle, a main pin and a supporting piece, and each front wheel is connected with a walking motor; the two ends of the bridge frame are each rotationally connected with a main pin, and the central axis of each main pin is a vertical axis. Each main pin is driven by a steering knuckle to rotate, and the main pins and the steering knuckles are all located above the rear wheels; each main pin is fixedly connected with a hub shaft of a rear wheel through a supporting piece. The four-fulcrum electric forklift can have a large rotating angle range and even can rotate in situ, and therefore the maneuverability and trafficability of the four-fulcrum forklift are enhanced.

    本发明公开了一种应用新型转向模式的四支点电动叉车转向系统及方法,涉及转向系统技术领域,该转向系统包括两个前轮和两个后轮,以及转向桥总成,转向桥总成包括桥架、转向节、主销和支撑件,其中:每个前轮分别连接一个行走电机;桥架的两端分别与一个主销转动连接,主销的中心轴线为竖直轴线;每个主销分别由一个转向节驱动转动,主销和转向节均位于后轮的上方;每个主销分别通过一个支撑件与一个后轮的轮毂轴固连。本发明能够令四支点电动叉车具有较大的转角范围,甚至能够实现原地转动,从而增强了四支点叉车机动性与通过性。
