The invention relates to a control method for reducing the swing amplitude of an underwater extension of a dipping sonar hydraulic winch, and belongs to the field of hydraulic winch potential detection of aviation helicopters. An angle sensor, a rotary encoder, a PWM output servo valve driving module, a digital handle, a single-chip microcomputer and a CPLD module are included. The angle sensor measures cable position angle information. The CPLD module collects a displacement signal of the digital handle and a pulse signal of the rotary encoder and sends the signals into the single-chip microcomputer. The single-chip microcomputer calculates the cable length and the cable speed according to the pulse signal of the rotary encoder, generates a corresponding PWM control signal corresponding to the cable position angle and the speed value required by the cable length, and conditions the signal through the PWM output servo valve driving module. Finally, the signals are transmitted to an electro-hydraulic servo valve on a winch body in the form of direct-current voltage signals, and then the winch is controlled to operate. Damage caused to hoisted objects and the winch itself by the factthat the swing amplitude of the hoisted objects is too large is effectively reduced, and the safety of airplanes and the winch is improved.

    本发明涉及一种减小吊放声纳液压绞车水下分机摆动幅度的控制方法,属于航空直升机液压绞车探潜领域。包括角度传感器、旋转编码器、PWM输出伺服阀驱动模块、数字手柄、单片机和CPLD模块;角度传感器测量缆位角信息;CPLD模块采集数字手柄的位移信号和旋转编码器的脉冲信号并送入单片机;单片机根据旋转编码器的脉冲信号计算缆长和缆速,对应缆位角和缆长所要求的速度值产生相应的PWM控制信号,并通过PWM输出伺服阀驱动模块对此信号进行调理;最后以直流电压信号的形式传到绞车本体上的电液伺服阀,进而控制绞车运行。本发明有效的减少被吊物体因摆动幅度过大造成的对吊放物体和绞车本身的损伤,提高了飞机和绞车的安全。
