Provided is a heat absorber hoisting control system. A construction site is a heat absorber hoisting construction site of a tower type molten salt photo-thermal power station. The heat absorber hoisting control system is connected with a hoisting device through a cable to remotely control the hoisting device. The control system comprises a plurality of load sensors used for acquiring the total load of a hydraulic lifting system in the heat absorber lifting process and the load data of each jack in the hydraulic lifting system, a plurality of travel sensors used for collecting travel data of each jack in the hydraulic lifting system, a strain sensor patch adhered to the upper part of a heat absorber equipment body and used for monitoring deformation data of the heat absorber equipment body,a processing module connected with the load sensors and the travel sensors, a micro-control unit arranged on the heat absorber hoisting system and connected with the processing module, an actuating mechanism used for controlling the heat absorber hoisting system to move according to an output instruction of the micro-control unit, and a braking mechanism used for braking corresponding parts according to emergency situations in the heat absorber hoisting process.

    提供一种吸热器吊装控制系统,施工现场为塔式熔盐光热电站的吸热器吊装施工现场,吸热器吊装控制系统通过电缆与吊装装置连接,对其进行远程控制,控制系统包括:多个负载传感器,用于采集吸热器吊装过程中液压提升系统的总负载、液压提升系统中每个千斤顶的负载数据;多个行程传感器,用于采集液压提升系统中每个千斤顶的行程数据;应变传感器贴片,粘贴在吸热器设备本体上方,用于监测吸热器设备本体的形变数据;处理模块,与负载传感器以及行程传感器连接;微控制单元,设置在吸热器吊装系统上,并于处理模块连接;致动机构,根据微控制单元的输出指令控制吸热器吊装系统移动;制动机构,根据吸热器吊装过程中的突发情况进行相应部件的制动。
