The invention discloses an automatic driving energy-saving auxiliary system of a diesel forklift truck, and a control method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of forklift truck energy saving. The system comprises a central control unit, an engine, a speed sensor, a speed sensor and a pressure sensor. The vehicle speed sensor, the rotating speed sensor and the pressure sensor are connected with the input end of the central control unit, and the input end of the engine is connected with the output end of the central control unit. The sensor detects the change of the speed and the external load in real time and transmits a detection signal to the central control unit, the central control unit divides the operation condition states of the forklift into four types including advancing,retreating, cargo lifting and cargo descending according to the signal, and different engine output modes are adopted according to the operation condition; and the overall power requirement of the forklift is comprehensively considered, energy waste is avoided, and higher efficiency is achieved.

    本发明公开了一种内燃叉车自动驾驶节能辅助系统及其控制方法,属于叉车节能技术领域,包括中央控制单元、发动机、车速传感器、转速传感器和压力传感器,所述车速传感器、所述转速传感器、所述压力传感器与所述中央控制单元输入端相连,所述发动机输入端与所述中央控制单元输出端相连。本发明的有益效果是:传感器将实时检测车速和外负载的变化,并将检测信号传输给中央控制单元,中央控制单元根据信号将叉车运行工况状态分为前进、后退、货物举升、货物下降四种,按运行工况采用不同的发动机输出模式,综合考虑了叉车整体功率需求,避免能量浪费,有更高的效率。
