The power take-off mechanism comprises a transmission, a transmission unit, a hydraulic oil pump and a fault detection unit; the transmission, the transmission unit and the hydraulic oil pump are sequentially in transmission connection; the transmission unit comprises a plurality of transmission pieces which are in transmission connection in sequence; the fault detection unit is used for respectively detecting the actual input rotating speeds andthe actual output rotating speeds of the plurality of transmission parts; when the absolute value of the difference between the actual speed ratio and the theoretical speed ratio of a transmission part is greater than or equal to a preset value, judging that the transmission part fails; and i actual = i input/i output, i represents the actual speed ratio, r input represents the actual input rotating speed, and r output represents the actual output rotating speed. According to the power take-off mechanism, the fault position can be conveniently determined, and the maintenance time is saved.
