The invention provides a steering engine gap adjustment simulation mechanism, and relates to the technical field of aircraft detection devices. The simulation mechanism comprises a support frame body,a flexible beam is horizontally and rotatably erected on the support frame body, a simulation control surface is detachably fixed at any end of the flexible beam, and the simulation control surface is perpendicular to the flexible beam. A deflector rod is detachably fixed to the other end of the flexible beam, the deflector rod is perpendicular to the flexible beam, a gap adjusting assembly is further arranged on the support frame body, the gap adjusting assembly is located under the deflector rod, and the lower end of the deflector rod stretches into the gap adjusting assembly. By adjustingthe gap between two adjusting blocks and the relative positions of the adjusting blocks and the deflector rod, the gap parameters of a rudder system are adjusted and set, the convenience of continuously measuring the influence of different rudder system gaps on the rigidity of the rudder system is improved, and then the accuracy of research results is improved.

    本发明提供了一种舵机间隙调节模拟机构,涉及飞行器检测装置技术领域,包括支撑架体,所述支撑架体上水平转动架设有柔性梁,所述柔性梁的任意一端可拆卸固定有模拟舵面,所述模拟舵面与柔性梁相互垂直,所述柔性梁的另一端可拆卸固定有拨杆,且所述拨杆与柔性梁相互垂直,所述支撑架体上还设置有间隙调节组件,所述间隙调节组件位于拨杆的正下方,且所述拨杆的下端探入间隙调节组件内。通过调整两个调节块之间的间隙以及调节块和拨杆的相对位置,调节和设置舵系统间隙参数,有助于提高连续测量不同舵系统间隙对舵系统刚度影响的便捷性,进而有助于提高研究结果的准确性。
