The invention relates to the technical field of photovoltaic furnace body lifting, and discloses a hoisting mechanism for lifting a furnace body. The hoisting mechanism solves the problem that the height of a forklift is not enough when the furnace body is installed at present, and due to the fact that the long furnace body is too long on a fork of the forklift, the long furnace body swings, and lifting is difficult to control, so that great potential safety hazards are easily caused. The hoisting mechanism comprises an equipment frame body, wherein the middle of the upper end of the equipmentframe body is connected with an installation plate, and the upper end of the installation plate is connected with a hoisting mechanism assembly. According to the hoisting mechanism, through the arrangement of the hoisting mechanism assembly, stable, reliable and convenient control can be achieved, and the long furnace body is lifted to the needed furnace body position height to achieve stable installation of the long furnace body; and the dangerous factors and problems that in a traditional mode, the height of the forklift is not enough, and due to the fact that the long furnace body is too long on the fork of the forklift, the long furnace body swings, and lifting is not easy to control are effectively solved, safe and convenient operation is achieved, the installation efficiency is greatly improved, and safety is guaranteed.

    本发明涉及光伏炉体提升技术领域,且公开了一种提升炉体的卷扬机构,解决了目前炉体安装时叉车的高度不够,以及长炉体在叉车叉子上因为过长产生摇摆和升降不好控制,易造成极大的安全隐患的问题,其包括设备架体,所述设备架体上端中部连接有安装板,安装板上端连接有卷扬机构总成,本发明,通过卷扬机构总成的设置,可以实现稳定、可靠、方便操控,将长炉体分别抬升到需要的炉体位置高度,安稳实现长炉体的安装;有效的解决了传统方式中叉车的高度不够和长炉体在叉车叉子上因为过长产生摇摆和升降不好控制的危险因素和难题,实现了安全、方便操作,极大的提升了安装效率和确保安全的功效。
